Hmm..I happen to like her. I downloaded all of her album songs, as well as some non-album songs and burned them onto a CD. I really could care less how she dresses. The way you dress has *nothing* to do with the genre of music you sing, so I don't know why everyone is on her for that. That's like saying that all country singers have to wear overalls and all rap artists have to wear leather and big chains. It's ridiculous. Appearance has absolutely zero affect on how a person sings, or what they sing. So yeah. I like her songs, and I think she has a great voice, and I support her.

Well I don't catergorize her, she catergorizes herself. Speaking of which she claims to be "punk" or rockstar or whatever but would either of thoose be on the album "Kid Bop"? Just food for thought.. becuase i just saw that. Yup but i don't really care b ecuase she isn't hurting me at all... and i don't like her... so i don't listen to her. Problem Sloved.

This is just MY opinion, but I don't find Avril to be all that talented. I mean her voice.... it has no range at ALL! And it sounds like she's whining out all her songs. That migt be working for her now, but pretty soon she'll get to the point where people don't want to listen to whining anymore, and she'll have to face up to the fact that she can't sing. I truly believe that if she weren't a pretty girl in a tie that she wouldn't even have an album out. In one of her interviews she was talking about how she got her record deal so quickly because everyone thought she was this amazing "talent" but I find that VERY hard to believe. Most of the celebrities that really DO have talent had to work their asses off to get where they are, so when she's getting this far this fast with THAT voice, there's really something wrong. </rant>
