I'm reading I Know This Much is True by Wally Lamb. 897 pages...I'm on 40, I think. This should take me about forever to finish...but that's alright because so far I like it a lot.

I finished "Local Girls" by Alice Hoffman. It was really really really good (then again, every book I read is really really really good.) It was so sad too. I'm STILL reading Little Women, which I started in August I think. I always have to read something else for English...

I finished another book! I've been reading since 10 pm and now it is 4:40 am. 6 1/2 hours... Whew! It was called "Annie on my mind" by Nancy Garden. About two lesbian girls who are found out and deal with the school and parents. It was pretty good considering I only paid a quarter for it...

^^ I think I read that one awhile ago. Anyway, I finished another book. I have only been reading it for two days. Yay! Its called "Go Ask Alice" by anonymous. It this girl's diary who did drugs and she ended up dying from an overdose. She kept vowing and promising that she was going to stop, but then she would start back up again and get herself into all kinds of messes, like running away, and even getting into a mental hospital. It is REALLY creepy and has convinced me NEVER to try anything. Not even to experiment. I really, really recommend it. Oh, and I finally finished Little Woman.

I've got quite a list I'm working on...
~ Seventeen's December issue. lol, I don't really get the time to read my magazines when I get them, so I take 5 minutes here and there when I can to read them. I'm almost through this one.
~ "Walk Two Moons" by Sharon Creech. It's for Honors English...an independent reading report. We pick the book from the list, do 10 dialectical journal logs on it, turn in a report on it, and do a speech.
~ "The House On Mango Street". Also for Honors English.
~ "Secrets Of The Book" by J. Stephen Lang. I got it for my church small groups gift exchange...it's really good. It's basically about this Unknown Traveller (Jesus)who comes to the People of the Valley (humans) and teaches them about The Truth (the word of God). It's divided into chapters with seperate subjects, relevant today, like Pain and Sorrow, Love, Forgiveness, etc, and it has Bible verses, and symbolically explains things...it's hard to explain but it's really, really good.
~ "I Kissed Dating Goodbye" by Joshua Harris. One of my church friends reccomended it to me, so I picked it up @ the library while getting Walk Two Moons. It's basically a Christian view of dating and the wrong reasons for doing it and how to keep God your focus and all this stuff...I haven't started reading it yet, I've skimmed a couple pages, it looks really good.

I started another book. It's called "Roses" by Barbara Cohen. So far it seems like a waste of time... I just grabbed it to have a book to read for silent reading.

For my A.P. Lit class I'm reading Les Miserables by Victor Hugo. The abridged version though, not enough time to read the unabridged.
