I drink a lot of water everyday. At home, im never without a small bottle, and I think thats the easiest way to keep up your water intake, especially when your online or watching tv. If I go for a few days without drinking my usual amount, I suddenly notice my skin doesnt look as healthy as it did.. I never used to drink water tho, I always used to say it gave me a stomach ache (i have no idea why) but after I starting drinking water, I noticed my appetite decreased and I lost loads and loads of weight! it was unbeelievable! Ok, maybe it wasnt the water lol, but I never dieted and it is true that a lot of times when we *think* we are hungry, all we need is some water!

The thing about drinking water to stay full or to lose weight, probably doesn't hold much . . . uh, water. Water empties out as soon as you drink it. Also, the way to actively lose weight is to cut back on calories and increase physical activity. Sitting back while drinking a gallon of water with that large meat and cheese-lover's pizza won't do anything for weight loss.
