Well for me I have to get my physical fitness up to a certain level for a program I'm involved in so I have to practice chin-ups (which are SUPER hard for girls ), sit-ups (which are super easy for me and push-ups (I can only do about 12 right now, but I'm working on it ) I also have to do a test where you have to run 25 meters between the beeps, it really tests your endurance! The farthest I've gotten is level 3 yesturday, but a guy I know went up to level 8!

I do streetdance for an hour on wednesday, and on at least 2 other days of the week I do any other sport for at least 30 minutes. I also do sit-ups and push-ups every day. What are chin-ups? ~*Esther*~

Chin ups are when there's a bar about arm lengths above your head. You grasp it, and then pull yourself up to where your chin is right above the bar. They're hard for girls, because of the general lack of uppper body strength.

Bicycling 12 miles a day, or walk for an hour a day, depending on the weather. On Saturdays, I'll ride for 30-45 miles, or 3-4 hours. Not so bad. Average ten miles and hour for three hours, you'll go thirty miles.

Everyday I run for an hour in the morning and an hour and a half after dinner and I do about 500-1000 crunches and 150 pushups and then 30-45 minutes of yoga at night.

I have a question: if my workout consists of about 10 minutes a day of fast jogging/running and 100 situps a day, do you think that would help me? Would i see results from it? Or do i have to run more or something? Thanks! 8)

^ 10 minutes don't work... sorry... You have to work out for at least 20 minutes in order to get any results. And I think it's best to do the situps right after the jogging/running, because then you have a good warming up. ~*Esther*~

I know your gonna laugh but this works for me.... .....CHEERLEADING ! I have all-star practice ( I'm not including school cheerleading ) 4 days a week, and tumbling 2x a week. Mon. - Cheer Practice,7pm - 10pm Tue. - Tumbling ( ya know, gymanstics ) , 5:45pm - 7pm Wed. - Open gym ( get to work on whatever I want mostly flips and dance Thur. - Tumbling 5:45pm - 7pm , Pratice 7pm - 10pm Fri. - Rest day Sat. - practice 11am - 2:20 Sun. - practice 4pm - 6pm Now I know yall are like cheerleading doesn't make you fit! But I actually have a 6pack, muscular thighs, calves, and arms. All the flips ( those gymanstics moves ) makes it a sport. Also since I'm a base I have to lift ppl in the air. I don't mean those lil pyramids - I mean hard stunts !!! I'm not talking about the cheerleading where you just yell in front of a crowd, but what you see on ESPN. The only reason why it looks easy is because we are forced to smile and wink . I love my bod, due to cheerleading because it's muscular. Most ppl think I run track or something - but I don't. But anywho, thats how I keep in shape !!!

Well, field hockey season is over, so I'm training for try outs in high school. Even though I'm doing it by myself, you can get a lot out of it - practicing passes, drives, dodges, and scoring runs.
MONDAY ~ One hour of field hockey practicing, 30 minutes of jumping around my room like an idiot to music (hey it works!)
TUESDAY ~ One hour of field hockey practicing, 250 crunches.
WEDNESDAY ~ One hour of field hockey.
THURSDAY ~ An hour and a half of field hockey, 30 minutes of jumping around like an idiot (I really should say dancing or something).
FRIDAY ~ 2 1/2 hours of horseback riding.
SATURDAY ~ An hour and a half of field hockey, 250 crunches, 30 minutes of "dancing".
SUNDAY ~ An hour and a half of field hockey, 250 crunches, 30 minutes of "dancing".
I used to go walking/jogging/running, but since this "high risk sex offender" moved in the next street over, my parents are afraid I'm going to get raped and I'm not allowed to anymore. Grr.
