I do Tae-Bo about 4-5 times a week. It lasts about 40 minutes. Then on the days that I don't do Tae-Bo, I go for walks, do sit-ups, leg lifts, and squat thrusts. I'd say it works...my boyfriend is already comenting on my stomach!

Well, I have field hockey practice every day now, so that obviously counts - we do 2 warm up laps, crunches, pushups, run a mile, do more laps, drills, sprints, more laps. On the days I don't have field hockey practice (sometimes Saturday and Sunday) I go for a run, usually about 3 miles. And every night I do 300 crunches.

I do a 4 mile cycle ride every morning, then walk to and from school each weekday which is a mile each way. I go swimming for 45 minutes on Monday, go to the gym for an hour on Tuesday and occasionally play badminton. I do a lot of walking.

I go to gym class. I might start jump-roping and doing tae-bo soon if I can find time. Actually, I have no life. I'll find time.

These are what I do to stay in shape for skiing over summer I try to do it three times a week. *I start out warming up and streching this usually takes about 5 mins *Then I do sit-ups and push-ups and these leg lift things (I try to do one more then i did the day before) *Then I do some skiing specific yoga type moves *Then I do some areobic type things that also work on skiing motor skills *I try to get myself to run when I do it's about a mile and Im actually running almost all the time now. all of this only takes about an hour give or take 15 mins On the off days I rest and on weekends I Kayak or waterski or ride my bike or whatever This is only in the summer In winter i ski like an animal!!

Argh.... i thought i did my bit to stay in shape but all u guys are really into it. I do 3-4 hours of karate per week. Every other day i do: - 150 squats - 150 sit ups - 5-10 mins jogging - 60 press-ups - stomach twists, sprinting, neck exercises and general warm ups - stretching for 5 mins or so But i am completely restless and am always practising kicks, punches, stances, stretching, shadow boxing, push ups, etc. Oh and i do like sprinting for no apparent reason lol. Meditation is important to maintain focus, slow and control breathing and to relax muscles, especially after a workout.

I go running every morning for half an hour, but some days I just can't and so instead I go on an hour long bike ride instead to give my legs a rest.

I try to go for a 45 minute run pretty much every morning. Mondays and Thursdays I have soccer practice and games. Saturday mornings I have a pilates class. Sunday mornings I have a kick boxing class. And Wednesdays I play beach volleyball in a league. And then tournaments and league cup games are in there on Saturdays and Sundays for soccer as well. And in the summer I like to swim a lot.
