This was a great thread on Razzberry, one that I enjoyed very much. Please post pictures of your bedroom. This helps people to get inspired and see your cool room, as they are rather difficult and tedious to describe in words.
Here's a link with many cool bedrooms. www.geocities.com/mariesmanor/Realm.html
There are some pictures on the website of Mark Montano, an interior designer who does room makeovers for CosmoGirl Magazine. His website is www.markmontano.com . Click on 'cool rooms'.
I should post my room but I need to decorate it first. If you have pics, please post the URL! Or if you have a digital camera or scanner go take some pics! If you don't have a cool room, take pics of your friends' rooms. Also, if you have some magazines with pictures that are awesome, do us a favour and scan them.
Can't wait to see!

^^Spaz's room is the coolest! Just so you all know, angelfire makes you copy-paste the URL if you want to see the pictures. The link won't work if you just click it, so you have to copy-paste it into the address bar of your browser. It should work then. I know I said this already, and I'm being redundant, but Spaz's room...seriously...it's GREAT! *speechless*

Spaz: I looked at your room at Razz and just had to look again!! I love it.
My room is in the midst of being renovated but its going to look real awesome. The walls are bright red, the ceiling, bedspread and trim light green and then I have jungle print pillows and curtains and stuff....I cant wait for it to be done!

Spaz your room is sooooo cool!!! You are lucky you are allowed to do that. Ugh my grandma decorated my room. Picture this, you walk into the room and all that surrounds you is purple and pink flowers. The wall paper, the bedspread, the pillows, the curtains, on the shelves there are fake flowers, and pictures of flowers, the rug is flowered. Err... you would think I would be able to choose how MY room is decorated!

My room is has yellow walls and blue and yellow daisys sponge painted in a boarder near the ceiling. It is pretty neat and it's pretty versitile.

Pics of my bedroom are here: www.geocities.com/laadeedaa86/there's some other pics on there as well though. The new desk has come, it's the same colour wood as the rest of my room and it's very big! I have a new pin up board above my desk as well.

Help for InsaneCanadian, especially since I want to see your room! To post pictures... Find a web host (preferably free). Try www.angelfire.com or www.geocities.com. Here you can sign up for a free website. Once you're logged in, look around for some type of file manager or something to do with uploading files. Then you can upload your pictures from your computer (assuming you've taken them already and have them stored on your computer). Once you've uploaded your pictures, you can do two things: 1. Post the direct link in this thread. That would be a link that takes us directly to the picture, with nothing else on the page. It would look something like this: www.geocities.com/yourusername/picture.jpg Some services don't allow direct linking (Angelfire definitely doesn't and I don't think Geocities does anymore either) so anyone who wants to see the pics will just have to copy-paste the address into their browser, no big deal. 2. Make a page with the pictures on it. This way, we can click the link to go right to the page. Use HTML if you know how, or look for some type of Page Builder when you're logged in. It's usually pretty easy, drag and drop type of thing. Make sure you insert your pictures. If you need help making a page, check out one of the computer or web boards. Hope this helped you, can't wait to see the pics!

I've gotten a lot of great ideas from American Girl - you may have heard of it, and, yes, it IS a company that sells dolls for younger girls! But some pretty hip doll stuff They introduced something called AG Mini's - like dollhouses, but cooler! With little furniture and stuff. Check out this link, imagine the stuff being bigger, and get inspired! These are some pretty cool rooms! www.americangirlstore.com/html/minis/intro.htmlIf you click the link to start shopping (at the bottom of the big picture), it's the best place to see full views of the rooms. Seriously, check them out! They're REALLY cool!
