Thorns

I am a rose with many thorns
The thorns represent the heartbreak
The love and the hate, my death, my fate
Everything I am and everything I will be
I am a rose with many thorns
But the beautiful one out of the roses with none

Beautiful, she says

People judging me for everything I look like
Everything I am, and whatever I feel like.
But it doesn't matter to me because I know who I am
My soul is not empty but full of pain and sorrow
But also, joy and happiness
Beautiful, she says

It's funny how things change
Some remain the same
I fool some with talent
Talent sometimes fools me
Sometimes someone hurts me
Sometimes I hurt someone
Its like topsy turvy
But alot less fun
We feel sorrow for ourselves when we feel pain
But none for others when we cause it
Sometimes a person is giddy in love
And when it ends, they wish it would have never happened.
It's funny how the world will change
But some people will remain the same

You've got that look in your eye again
I'm sure I will cry before this is over with
You open your mouth to tell me this news
How you're feeling, and what you must do
I know you're gonna break me off again
Cut the cord, chain your heart, make me cry
Tell me that it is over with there is no more you and i
When you open you're mouth to speak
Hush Now! Don't speak! I do not want to hear this again
Our love is at it's peak, why must it come down?
Don't speak, I know what you're gonna say.
This is going so fast. Whirling my head.
Hush now. Oh, this is what I dread.
I just closed my eyes, and closed my heart.
I just locked up and froze.
You leave me behind, tears falling from my eyes



Heart In Chains

My heart is in chains
Twisted and turned
Struggling to be set free
It's locked up in these chains
Afraid of what it might say
You took the key
You locked my heart up
Then left, it will never be set free
I stole the key and unlocked my heart
I will not be ashamed
My heart is set free leave it be
Let me mend my broken heart

Angels ( I wrote when I was 11)

I know my guardian angel is watching over me
If your reading this, guardian angel, thank God for me
He's gaven me a wonderful life
I may not have everything but I have my friends and my family
I have food to eat when I'm hungry
He sent me an angel to watch over me
He's gaven me so much to be thankful for
Sometimes I think I am so unlucky
But you just tap me on the shoulder and remind me
To thank God that I am lucky
I have an angel to look out for me.
So, thank you too, Guardian Angel
You've really protected me
I know I will always have you
Doing what God told you to do, and gaurding me.

Asking for my symphthy
I love you is all I can say
But only God can make your pain go away

Thanks. I don't know about incredible talent though. Ok, this one, I wrote when I was like, really messed up and brokenhearted. So, if you seem confused, I understand.

What is wrong with you?!
I want to shake you and make you wake up!
Please do not break my heart again! No! Please! I'm begging of you!
Do not leave me only in your distant and fading memories.
My heart is still torn, the wounds are still fresh, I hate you!
But I love you at the same time, why did you have to mess up my life like this?
