Oh...my...God. Bono from U2 (the greatest band ever!) was in MY TOWN THE OTHER DAY!! With Ashley Judd!! How awesome is THAT?
Bono was so cool. He was here to perform a speech about the Aids problem in Africa along with Ashley Judd. He was so nice and down to earth...very interested in the people around him and listened to us.
It was amazing.

^^^That sounds awesome!
On Dec. 24, me and my family were at a Circuit City in Tysons, Virginia, and there was this really tall guy there standing up signing autographs. Of course I had no idea who he was...but my mom asked one of the employees who he was and I forget his name but he was a player from the Wizards basket ball team! That's kinda cool...it would have been cooler if I was a fan of basketball so that I would have recognized him on my own LoL. But he was cute!!! REallly tall, and he had a nice black leather jacket on with a matching black leather hat, and some white sneaks on.

They aren't exactly celebrities in the pop sense, but... I met Prince Charles in 1995 (and shook his hand!) and the Sultan of Oman about thrice. My parents have seen Margaret Thatcher, emirs from UAE and the King of Jordan, but I was too little to remember them.
Other than them, we once had an entire Sri Lankan band and singers over for tea once and I met a Sri Lankan group when I was in Colombo once. I don't like their music though, so I didn't pay much attention.
I'm now hoping desperately that I can meet Ronan Keating in January. He's playing here on the 31st of January!! Keep your fingers crossed for me!
Ooh, I almost forgot... I live next door to an author. He publishes under Arrow and I have all his books autographed by him! That counts doesn't it?!

I've met most of the members on the Toronto Argonauts a few years ago when my football team won regionals, Pinball Clemons several times since then. When I was in Vancouver at the Grey Cup with the same football team we met the Calgary Stampeders and Hamilton Ti-Cats, and David Suzuki.
When I was younger there was this Meccano car design challenge, and my school got to the top 5 in Canada, and I was one of the 5 students selected that got to meet Mario Andretti.
I've met a bazillion famous gymnasts and stuff during my gymnastics days.
A few years ago I met Prince Charles, he was coming to my great uncle in Scotland's theatre that he officially op[ened 25 years before that so he was coming to celebrate it's 25 years.
Tons of pro soccer teams...umm
Danny Kass I met when I was snowboarding out west.
Not by CHoice and SImple Plan I have also met. and my best friends mom works at MuchMusic so I have been to like every intimate and interactive inside the loungeish area, so I guess I have met a lot of people.

I feel so left out...I've never met any famous people. Unless you count my horse trainer's trainer, who's gonna be in the next Olympics prolly. Or our friend who's an up and coming Christian rock artist who's in England. lol
Hey Pinacolada...does your best friend's mom wanna hook me up, yo? *is jealous* lol
