* Wasn't Me (Shaggy)- At Drew's party me and Rahul dancing to this song. He was singing along with the song and whenever I caught his eye he apologised. Hehe, he was so sweet. *sigh* * Killing me softly with his song (Fugees)- The trip to Australia, watching TV with D.A. This song played every time we watched TV. * Here with me (Dido)- Roswell at Anita's house. Uhhh I wish I hit Priya when I had the chance... * Bhumro- Annual Day! Rads danced to this and she was great! Love ya loads Rads * Green green grass of home- Hospital trips with Aunty D. We hear this at least 4 times during the drive. It's a good thing I love this song. * Must have been love, Macarena, Relight my Fire- Aunty P. She had a weird Sinhalese version for all of them (cept the last one which is Dad's). * Escape (Enrique Iglesias)- Always makes me think of Shawn. The day before he told me he liked me he sent me this song. "You can run, you can hide, but you can't escape my love..."That's all I can think of right now..

Time of Your Life - GreenDay Reminds me of my graduation dance and the year end slide show. There was this huge picture of me and a bunch of my friends which was shown.
Ironic - Alanis Morissett - The cross Canada road trip my friends and I took a couple of years ago. We ran into so many problems but it was the greatest experience.
Galileo - Indigo Girls- Reminds me of Mike and our very fun conversations that lasted hours. The lyrics to this song just describe who he is.
I'll post more later.

I got quite a few. Me and my friends are always listening to music and we always end up doing stupid stuff.... Most of them you had to be there to find them funny.... Limp Bizkit~Faith- My friend Megan was over and we were listening to it. All the sudden, I look up and she's doing this really funky dance to it. It was hilarious though. I got pictures of it. Don't know who sings this song or what it's called, but it's that one that goes "Come on ride the train, and ride it up, etc"~ Me and Jess were sitting in the parking lot of my school. These guys in a car next to us started playing some rap music and turned the bass up real loud and stuff. Jess goes, "Ah, we can do better than that" So he popped in that song and turned it up as loud as it would go (he's spent over $6,000 on stereo crap, so he has a pretty good stereo) He started doing this really weird dance thing in the car. The guys in the car next to us just looked at us for a minute, then go "What the hell!?" "Dude, lets get away from them" And the drove away. Slipknot~Wait & Bleed- Reminds me of when Megan was over at my house swimming. The song started playing, and she goes "OMG! I LOVE this song!" Then she satred singing and head-banging, she had no idea what the words to the song was, so it made it even funnier. KoRn~Fake- Me and my friend Chele were listening to it. She went into the kitchen to get some food. When she was walking back she tripped over the coffee table, flew over it, threw the plate of food up into the air, then smacked into the TV cabinet. Every time I hear that song, I just see her doing that. Coal Chamber~Loco- Megan was over and we were listening to it on the stereo in our living room. My dad came in and was just joking and goes, "no mashing, ya hear?" I then rammed into Megan, as a joke, and she flew across the room and landed on our TV try which flew the cup of juice all over the wall. I Got You Babe (no clue who sings it, or it that's even the real name) - Jesse took me to our school dance and on the way to taking me home he started playing it. He grabbed his remote to his stereo and started acting like it was a mic and sang the whole song to me like that. I was cracking up the whole time. Blink 182~All The Small Things- Megan was trying to come up with a dance to it. She took a couple steps back, and tripped over the chair, then knocked over the lamp and broke it. Queen~We Are The Champions- My friend Chad and his friend Dylan lip synced to this song for our school lip sync. The whole thing was realy funny, but at the end, Dylan wasn't watching where he was going, and fell of the stage. Brandy & Monica~The Boy Is Mine- It just remindes my of when my friends from Colorado came down to visit me. They had the CD and played that one song over, and over, and over. P.O.D~Youth Of The Nation- I was over at my friends house and we were watching the music video to it. All the sudden, her brother's friend, Mike (He's kinda crazy and likes to get naked a lot) came in totally naked and started dancing to it. That's all I can think of.

I believe I can fly (R. Kelley)- When I was little I used to go and play at my neighbour's house and I remember both of us playing with our Barbies in her room and she used to sing this song cept she ALWAYS said "I believe I can fly right through the door".
Any Kenny G track- Reminds me of vacations when I was little. We went to Muscat and there would always be an Omani driver waiting to take us to our hotel. They all invariably had Kenny G playing in the car. I used to have my face glued to the window watching the traffic and people go by.
Nothing's gonna stop us now (Starship)- I watched "Mannequin" while my mum was getting her hair cut. Ever since then I've always loved that song.
Livin' La Vida Loca (Ricky Martin) - Me and Anita acting crazy at Rads' last party.
Teenage Dirtbag- S. He never never could get the name right. We were playing Consequences at Anu's and that was his choice of background music.

Aint no mt. hight aint no valley low, aint no river wide enough baby, if you need me call me, no matter where you are, no matter how far. Just call my name, I'll be there in a hurry, you dont have to worry, cuz baby there aint no mt. high enough, aint no vally low enough, aint no river wide enough baby, to keep me from gettin to you babe! I have no clue who sings it (its been remade a couple times) but it reminds me of my friend Lucy and Rikki. We were outside and we all started singing this song outa no where really loud. We got it in everyones heads for about a week and it was fun. One day we had a softball game and Rikki was watching in the stands and I caught the ball out in the warning track in right feild and everyone paused to see if I caught it and I turned around and belted out "AINT NO MT. HIGH!" and Lucy was short stop and finished "AINT NO VALLY LOW!" and Rikki then belted out from the stands "AINT NO RIVER WIDE!" and then we all finished "ENOUGH BABY TO KEEP ME FROM GETTIN TO YOU BABE!" Lol, everyone was staring at us but it was the fun.
"Its my life" by Bon Jovi...Melissa and I were sitting in the convertable at the stop light by the mall and the song came on and we were dancing in the car and just goofin around and stuff and all the sudden the song ended and we looked over and the people in the car next to us were laughing hystarically. We had sat through the whole light singing the song...lol...
Kiss me by Six pence none the richer....lol I was on the phone and we were both listening to the radio and all the sudden the song came on and we were just singin along really really loud. And her dad came in the house and came around the corner and heard "so kiss me" really loud and was like "what? Do I need to go get my shotgun? What boy are you talking to?!" (jokingly) and We both burst out laughing..and she whimpered "Nikki" it was hilarious at the time....
Queen...any song reminds me of my friend Anne...she loves Queen...we're the only two people who I know who love them.
Last Kiss by Pearl Jamm - Reminds me of lots of things. For one Brett. It just does. Dont know why. Oh...and Fred. It came on the radio while we were on the trampoline talking. We started singing at the same time. It was weird. He sang better then me...lol. Which isnt a rarity but o well. Oh...its also me and sissy's song, its a long story..and I dont wannna bore you to death..so next song!
Blink 182-All the small things Me and my freinds went bowling and we went on glow bolwing night down on Proctor. And another group of cute guys showed up. Anywhoo the song came on and we all started singing it and the whole place was filled with our...umm..lovely voices. It was fun.
I Will Remember You- Sara Mc-cantspell her last name. Anywhoo it reminds me of Camp last year in Minnisota. Its the last song of the Dance that you have. And they play it every year.

Believe it or not, I was actually thinking over this subject to myself just the other night. Granted, they may not be the most significant of memories, but these are simply what my mind conjures up: Blue by Eiffel 65. Bleh. As much as I dislike this song, I cannot help but laugh whenever it is heard. It happened last summer. It was seven in the morning and both my dad [who works nights, you see, and also an unhappy sufferer of sleep apnea] and I were sleeping very peacefully in our rooms. All was calm until the sound of a stereo pulled us both awake. I stumbled out of my room to find that my sister had stolen my stereo, hooked it up in the bathroom, and disgraced my beautiful boom box with the pitiful excuse for music of Eiffel 65's Blue (Da Ba De). I pounded on the door and yelled to her, still utterly confused as to what she thought she was doing. Keep in mind, this was seven in the morning, an unearthly hour of rising for both myself and the rest of my family. Besides the fact that her music was up to the max, the shower was running, thus she was unable to hear me. Ack, was she stupid?! By this time, my father was awake and angry and ran to the bathroom door and began pounding and shouting. Obviously, he was as confused as I. Eventually she heard us and turned it off, but I still do not know what she was thinking . Anyway, that is always the memory my mind flashes to whenever I hear this song. I'm Too Sexy by Right Said Fred. Now this song, by far, brings back some of the funniest memories I can think of. Last year, our Spanish class was assigned a group project in which we would perform a fashion show for the class. While everyone's skits were quite amusing, one particular group left everyone laughing. Not only did they have the funniest models, but they had also decided to back their act up with the Spanish version of "I'm Too Sexy". Ah, it was one of the funniest things I have ever seen . Brackish by Kittie. This was the song that essentially brought the subject into my mind. The first time I heard this song was only a few years ago. Oddly enough, it reminds me of the first summer I used The Palace Software. Don't ask why. Eh, strange memories. It was the first year I had actually begun to use the computer religiously ( ) and I can remember finding that song on the Internet one day and playing it over and over again. It was the first summer that I had really gotten into this type of music and I remember absolutely adoring this particular song. You Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC. It was the night of my cousin's wedding. Everyone was out on the dance floor except for me and my cousin Anthony [we both despise dancing]. It was then that this particular song came on. We watched as our family made fool of themselves trying to dance around to the song. All of a sudden, my aunt and uncle rushed over to our chairs and began pulling on our arms. "Come on! Come out and dance!" they said, trying to pull us out onto the floor. In a panic, we gribbed our chairs as they tried to get us out to dance. Instead of leaving us alone, they began to pull us out by the backs of our chairs. Ack! So we jumped out and ran into the other room, sickened . Ah, memories. EDITED FOR DEAD EMOTICONS
