Proboards is currently using v2, but that will be changed probably sometime next month. The programing for this is 23% finished at this time.

- Improved Headers/Footers
There will be two options on how to handle your headers and footers. Option 1 will be the way it is now. The secondary option will be to create some headers and footers, and save those to a particular ID. Then you can pick which boards get those headers. This way, you only have to update one code to get all other pages to update as well. - Ability to change icons
You will be able to change every icon on the boards to your own custom icon. Yes, this includes admin stars and the such. - Set Speed of News Fader
You will be able to slow down or speed up the news fader. - Modify Avatar List
You will be able to add your own avatars, and remove avatars that are already there. - Set Custom Status on Edit Profile Page
You will be able to give a user a custom title from the edit profile page, instead of having to edit the member groups, then go and edit their profile. - Ability to choose not to mass delete from certain forums
You will be able to choose which specific forums you want to do mass deletes on so that you don't lose posts from those important boards. - The main "admin" will be able to choose what other Administrators and Global Moderators can do
You will be able to limit the abilities of other Administrators and Global Mods so that they can only perform the specific actions you want them to (for example, you can make it so Admins can't delete boards, only create, etc etc.) - Calendar Feature
Your board will come with an optional calendar where you can post events on. You will be able to choose which users can post events, which users can edit events, and which can delete. This feature will be optional. - More Advanced Member Search
You will be able to search by Registration date.
You can search by IP address. - Ability to lock a post when you reply
For admins/mods, there will be a check box to lock a topic when you post a reply it. - Ability to set the default font
You will be able to choose what font to make your board, instead of the default (Verdana) - Invisible mode for admins
Administrators will be able to hide the fact that they are online at the board. - New Payment System
Instead of a credit's system for adfree (1 credit = $6.99), we are going to switch to a flat dollar system. That is, every dollar that someone donates is a dollar that goes into your account balance with us. We will just keep track of dollars, instead of credits. This means that not just 1 person has to donate the $6.99 for ad-free. Rather, 7 different people can donate a dollar to and then the admin can use the $7 account balance to get ad-free.
Any credits that you have paid for already will automatically translate into $6.99 when the change over is made. With this change, we will hopefully introduce some new "pay" features such as file uploading, and more. Stay tuned for more. - And more...
