I cannot figure out how to put in my custom picture on the profile. I found a JPEG image on a website, and I right clicked and went to "Save Image" to find out the file name ...
Well, when I put in the web address and "/cover_mutter.jpg" and clicked change profile ... I would not come up. I just got the white box with the red X in it.
Does anyone know how I can fix this annoyance?

Most likely it's from a site that doesn't allow direct linking. You might want to save the image and upload it to a site that does allow it, and then it should work. Unfortunately, I don't know of any sites that allow image hosting off the top of my head, except for Boomspeed, and I think they stopped taking new signups. If anyone knows of sites that allow direct linking/image hosting, please list them here. In the meantime, I'll do some checking around of my own and post if I find some. |

Thanks for giving me those links. I am using the village photo account. Look at my new image and you can tell that it worked. Let me know what you think of my quotes at the bottom of the post. I am trying to get people's input.
