I'm not gonna be engaged for a few years. There are a couple of seniors at our high school that are engaged. Personally, I don't think that is enough time to determine if your special someone is the one for you. But once you're in college I think it is great. I'm only 15 though, so I have some serious time to think about it.

I'm engaged. I have been for awhile now, but I'm not getting married for a couple of years though, or longer. One, I want to graduate from college and start a career first, and get settled with that. And two, weddings take a loooong time to plan. My sister's took a year in advance. So I have some time yet. I'm perfectly happy just the way I am. I don't need to rush into marriage, but thinking/daydreaming about it is always nice.  |

One of my best friends is engaged. She's 16, and he's 20. They say they love eachother and all, and I'm not one to say they don't, cause I'm sure they do, it's just that I think they're moving kind of fast. They've only been together for 6 months. But they've known eachother a few years, and have gone out before. What kind of bugs me though, is that they started going out again after my friend lost her virginity. It sort of seems like their whole relationship is based upon their sex life, but who am I to say anything? It's probably just me. I miss her though!! Lots! We used to be so close, now she spends every free second she has with him. Sometimes she even stays the night with him...I know my mom would never let me stay with a guy if I was 16!! LOL...but I miss her a lot. She's always saying how she wants to hang out with me more again and stuff, but then she always goes off with her fiance. She says it'll be cool for all three of us to hang out, which we've done PLENTY of times. I hate it!! All they do is make out the whole time and tell eachother how much they love eachother!! I don't know...LOL...I just miss her and think they should wait... |

My boyfriend and I are 'unofficially' engaged (long story). I'm thinking we'll make it official in about a month.
