I like name brand but, it doesn't matter THAT much. I wear Abercrombie and Hollister, but mainly because its different for blacks to wear it. I dunno, but blacks really don't wear Abercrombie. I think it's funny when white people look at me and say, "You were abercrombie ," with this confused look on their face. So it's like being different in a sense, ya know ? But back to the subject... I also wear BeBe, but thats about it as far as designers. I don't make it a point to wear just designer, half my wardrobe isn't !!! People that say "I ONLY wear designer," usually take what they have for granted. It's as if, their trying to rub it in your face that they can afford more than other people. The thing is, that abercrombie and hollister isn't what I consider designer. It doesn't cost that much compared to Versace, Dolce & Gabanna, Betsey Johnson, Escada, Gucci, and other way top-of-the-line clothing lines.

I dont really wear designer clothing that much...just because I'm the one who normally has to buy my clothes with my money..but when I do wear designer clothing....its because I go strait for the clearance racks! Shirts that were normally 24 dollars usually go down to about 8 dollars...thats when I'll buy designer clothing. Other then that I just go to a store and if I find it cute and the price is right I'll buy it

i don't have anythi9ng against people who wear brand name clothes... i just think it's stupid to waste all that money on clothes when you could buy very similar stuff at cheaper stores.

Exactly. A lot of people wear brand name clothes, but not nearly as many people wear designer clothes. A pair of A&F pants cost significantly less than a pair of Gucci pants. Most people can afford the stuff from A&F and American Eagle, because although they are over-priced, they aren't outrageously expensive.

I wear the "popular" brand name clothing, but not designer clothing... My whole wardrobe isn't brand name though, although, I'd have to say, most of it is. My jeans are all from the same store, and they're brand name but not top of the line brand name..... BTW, what Canadian brands would be considered "designer"? Cause brand names would be like roxy billabong and stuff right??
