^^Actually, Anglicans are considered Protestants, not Catholics, since they held a reformation that was a continuation of the Protestant Reformation started by Martin Luther (or something like that...).

Yes and No. My dad is Christian, and my mom is not. I wish my mom were, but she isn't. But I'm Christian... and so is my brother and all the rest of my immediate family. Hopefully mum will cave in.

That's a hard one. Um, my mother was raised Catholic. Then she became a "born-again" Christian. My father is Italian and so, by default, is Catholic but he doesn't really practice or anything like that. To be honest, I'm not completely sure how he feels about religion, but for some reason I'm afraid to ask. My mother, on the other hand, is zealously religious. To almost a disturbing degree, but I think that's maybe because I'm not secure enough in my own religion or because I don't really understand how she can feel the way she feels about hers. I'm Christian mostly because my mother is and because Catholocism wasn't for me, but I just can't seem to...truly get God in my heart. Therefore, I've sort of...fell out of practicing, which is awful, I know. So, I'm sort of with my mother, but sort of not. Because I'm not really like her when it comes to...I don't know. If this makes any sense!

Kind of. My dad and I are both Christian, though I am not the same denomination as him (I am Methodist and he is Baptist) and my mom is Jewish.

Mal- If you've been saved and asked Jesus to come into your heart then he's there.

Thank you, Steparoola. I've definitely accepted Jesus into my heart. I know he's there...it just seems like I don't have the connection with him that so many others do. And while I know it's bad to compare yourself with others because each person responds differently, it's hard not to feel like you're missing something, you know? But thank you for the encouragement.

No...
But they dont know it really.
My parents are both Muslim, but i dont believe in religion myself. Its virtually impossible at times to live like this always running away from my parents trying to get me to pray the islamic way.
But its easier to do this than tell my mum, whom i love so much, that i dont believe what she believes anymo. That i dont believe what she brought me up to believe in...
Hmm...ah well but i do belive in God and all that..but its not easy to get it across.
