Atitude is the most cheapest, life changing beauty secret out there. It beats any product you can buy.
Atitude Adjustments; helping to raise your self esteem
If changing yourself would make you feel better, look at how you would like to change yourself. Work towards goals that are possible. Ones you can reach. If you need any more help changing yourself in good ways, just ask. Dont compare yourself to girls on tv or magazines, accept your uniqueness.
We all know there is no such thing as a perfect body. Stop moaning and complaining about whats wrong with yourself and start focusing on whats right.
Do one thing for yourself everyday. Make yourself do it. Read an inspiring book, take a hot bubble bath. Its the things that make you feel special. Whatever you choose, follow the action by writing it down in a book & how it made you feel. Include stories, quotes from friends or family & photos that made you feel especially good. Keep that journal and review it regularily.
Find supportive friends or family. Look for people who make you feel good when you are feeling low. Also ignore beauty-bashers. Magazines are one. Caring for yourself pysically will make you feel good emotionally. Treat yourself w/respect.
I found that exercise helped me a lot in raising my self esteem. There is a chemical in the back of your brain called seritonin which controls your mood. And exercise raises the seritonin, making you feel better about yourself. If you are willing to try it, wait a few days. Once I stopped exercising, I felt worse about myself.
Remember, getting rid of what makes you feel less than fabulous is important. And if you need anything else, just ask. Hope I helped.
