I need some help, everyone. Ok, for the past week or so, I have'nt been able to sleep. I mean, while I lay there, I think about everything, and I can't go to sleep, I think of everything that bothers me or worrys me, and I'll lay there for 5 or 6 straight hours worrying, and when I finally get to sleep, I have terrible nightmares about the things I've thought about. Any advice will be appreciated.

First of, *hugs*. Hugs are always most important. Anyways...I'm sorry you're moving hon. I really am. I've never moved, but I know how tough it must be. However....as hard as it sounds, try to look on the bright side. Or, @ least, the slightly less depressing side. You get to meet a whole bunch of cool new people. Hey, new guys! A new room to decorate. A new school, maybe better. *more hugs* Good luck! And about sleeping...I have the same problem. It's gotten worse since I started high school. Whenever I finally make it to bed, my mind races and races. So first off...try taking a hot shower or bath @ night, right before bed, if you don't already. It will help relax your muscles, which will, in turn, relax the rest of you. Also, try getting a nature sounds machine...I have one, and it's set on rain, and it just makes everything so much more peaceful. Also, I like to pray right before I go to bed. I don't know if you're a Christian or even of any religion, but it really helps. I just sit there and talk to God about my day, and the things that are worrying me, and the things I'm happy for. It makes me feel serene and watched over. But if nothing works, you should definitely see a doctor, who can maybe prescribe some medicine or something. Good luck!

Thank You, Gaby. Yes, I am Christian and I pray right before I go to bed. Where can I get one of these nature sounds machine? Are they expensive?

^^^ No problem. And sound machines aren't too expensive...I think my parents got mine @ Wal*Mart for like, 15 or 20 bucks. Plus it has a clock, a radio, and an alarm clock.
