This one is super easy to cook and yummy. Yakisoba Chicken1/2 t Sesame Oil 1T Olive Oil (Canola oil works too) 2 cloves garlic, chopped 3 boneless chicken breast sliced in 1 inch pieces 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 onion sliced 1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped 1 carrot chopped 8 oz Soba noodles cooked 1. In a large skillet, combine sesame oil and olive oil. Heat for 30 sec, add garlic and stir fry for another 30 sec. Add chicken and soy sauce. Stir fry until chicken is no longer pink. Remove mixture from pan (but leave the remaining sauce in the pan). 2. In the pan. combine the onions, carrots and cabbage. Stir fry until cabbage begins to wilt. Add cooked noodles and chicken then stir fry for a little and mix.

Hamburgers. No really!
You need a package of onion soup mix and a pound of ground beef. Ground sirloin has less fat or ground turkey if you prefer.
In a mixing bowl mix up the ground meat, an envelope of the soup mix and a cup of water. Mix thouroughly. Form into patties and broil. Add condiments as desired.
Spinach Pie
You need: 1) A casserole baking pan. 2) Two bags of fresh spinach, rinsed. Remove stems. 3) One egg, two if you just want to use the whites. 4) One cup of minced onion. 5) Package of strudel dough, thawed. 6) Butter, not margarine. 7) Two pounds of feta cheese, crumbled. The store brand will save you about a dollar per pound and it's the same stuff. Or you can try Ricotta cheese for calorie savings but it won't taste as good.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large pot, mix the eggs, spinach, cheese, onions, until well blended.
Warm up a stick of butter so it's SOFT, not melted!
Butter the casserole dish. You can put your hand in a plastic bag and use that. That way your hand won't get all greasy.
On the bottom of the dish, put three layers of strudel dough down. Brush it with the butter.
Next, put enough of the spinach mixture on the first layer to cover the dough. Lay another two sheets of dough on top of that.
Again, brush with butter, then another layer of the spinach mixture. Do this until you run out of the mixture.
Put a final top of the strudel dough on top of the last layer of spinach. Generously brush with butter, and put in oven. Set for thirty minutes, "or until crust is golden brown."
Enjoy

^^^ Spanakopita (spinach pie) is so good. I've never made it before, though. I've only ordered it in restaurants or bought the frozen kind at the grocery store. This Greek restaurant that I go to sometimes uses mint leaves in their spinach pie. It's the best.
