When did u first begin to menstrate AkA get ur period? what was it like, how old, tell us ur story!
PS- if u dont have it yet, dont come here saying i dont have mine, because that is just a waste, noone asked if u didnt have urs, were talking about stories and experiences  *Edited to make this the official period thread*

I'm not quite sure of the date or the month or even the year i got my period...but I know I did..
The Story- I just got my period.
The Question- Doesn't it seem like I have memory problems?

yep... i got mine, unfortunately. i got it in sixth grade.. .and i'm in eleventh now... five years ago... so i got mine in november of 1998. i even started with my first bout of cramps with my very first period  how incredibly evil, i've gotten them ever since. periods suck. |

80s Child is right; that sort of attitude is not accepted here. You cannot tell people they aren't allowed to post in a certain thread just because they may not have experience in the area. Everyone is more than welcome to post here if they have something to say on the issue, whether they've gotten their period or not.

Anyhoo, I don't remember when I first got mine; probably when I was 11 or 12, which was roughly 11 years ago. *yeesh, I'm old!* I don't even remember it, really. I do know that it started when I was home, though, and not at school, thank God. And yes, I too have been blessed with horrible cramps every month. Those of you that don't get them, count your blessings!
