Here's a place where you can post about the stupidest diets you've ever heard of. In my opinion, that's gotta be the "Blood Type" diet. I see absolutely no link between blood type and health whatsoever. Telling people to avoid certain types of foods almost completely is very unhealthy and causes an unbalanced diet.

Starvation diets - Yeah, sure, you lose weight but you also are putting your health in serious risk, and it really doesn't pay off.

The Doctor Atkins Diet where you don't eat any carbs / breads and baked goods. The theory was, that the fats would be burned off by the body, but it's the carbohydrates, a sugar, that makes you fat. Instead you eat lots of red meat which is high in fat. Now, that ain't what I was told by my doctor. So yeh, you won't keel over from being overweight, just from clogged arteries after dying from a heart attack when your 22. Dr. Atkins died recently, of a head injury.

^^That Atkins one is incredibly stupid. There's a REASON why bread and pasta and stuff like that is the lowest on the food group, you need the most servings of that every day.
