I think that's okay, since you're eating and stuff. As long as you don't starve yourself, then I think it's okay.

I'm not an expert on this, but you're not supposed to lose more than 2 lbs. a week. Anything more is unhealthy. I don't even see *how* it's possible to lose that much weight a week if you're eating normally. Maybe somebody else can be of more help, but honestly, I don't think that's too healthy..

That doesn't sound too healthy to me. As Fyre stated, you're not supposed to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. Sounds to me like you might be overdoing the exercise. Make sure that you don't exercise more than 3 times a week for 30 minutes a pop, and that you continue eating healthily. We don't want you to get sick.

Yeah, you're only supposed to exercise every other day so your muscles and other systems have time to build back up.

Actually, in Weight Watchers, when you first start, it's common to lose more weight than usual. Most of it was probably water. When you continue the program, your weight loss will become more gradual.

^^Ditto to Lisa, It's just water. It's quite common. When my aunt joined weight watchers she lost 5 pounds the first week then it got more and more gradual until she weighed a healthy average weight.

I think it's perfectly fine. But be careful.. try not to loose too much weight because at one point I was loosing 5 pounds a week and I got really sick and stuff because it was unhealthy. After a while your weight loss will slow down and you'll probably loose about 1-2 pounds a week.

HEY! what's up? yesterday was my 9th week of WW and i lost 18.6 pounds (for the 9 weeks total!..not at once or something!). i was really thrilled cause that was my 10% goal. neways...i was j/w how many of you were on WW. you don't have to tell us your weight or anything..i was just wondering how many of us were out there. cuz from what i remember, there were a lot of peeps on razz that were in WW.
The above was a post made by Hopes in a dupe thread that was copied and pasted into here. It represents the beginning of the *Official* Weight Watchers Thread.

For some people, that's not enough exercise. 3 times a week just doesn't cut it for me. I usually work out 5-6 times a week. And I don't over-do it, either.
