When I have the flu, or any sickness, I really come down with it. And I get such awful headaches medicines can't cure, so I'm best sleeping it off. The last time I had the flu, I had the worst headache I almost collapsed at school.
I'm always sleeping when I'm not feeling well, usually for about a few hours at a time. I take a Panadol, and Lemsip Cold & Flu medicine, usually lemon-flavored when I wake up.

Right now, I still have the flu and I'm getting over it not to fast, but yet not to slow, anyhoo, my doctor gave me some medicine called "TamiFlu" It goes right to source and gets rid of instantly. That's what I use. I might try TheraFlu some day too. ~~jewels

I don't use medicine, I drink clear tea with a spoon full of honey, no joke it works soooo well it is amazing!!!

i use tylenol, motrin, robitussin, and cold compresses. (to get my fever down) i hate when i get the flu. but when i do, those things work best to make me feel better.

I've got the flu right now, and I'm taking Solpadeine and drinking lots and lots of echineaca and camomile tea with honey.
