I dont have any! This maes it very hard fopr me to have a exercise routine. im runner and im constantly saying to myself i need to run every day, do I ever no? I want to tonemy stomach and my legs but do I... maybe for one day I try it. I don't know if they is anyway to break my habbits but if you know any please tell me about them!

I don't have any self-disipline, either. I can diet just fine (and dieting alone works for me), but with exercise, the weight would totally melt off of me. I always put it off... "I'll do it later, I'll do it later," until I just don't do it at all. When I do get exercise, it's usually with a friend. What helps me is inviting a friend over, and taking a walk. Last time, I must have walked about five miles... It doesn't feel like a burden because you have someone to talk to and joke around with the whole time.

Self discipline is just that, self. Guess what? It's hard to do, because you're sort of reprogramming yourself. It takes a conscious effort to practice self discipline and the more you do it, the better you'll be at it. Give yourself(ves) time, it's not something you're going to perfect in a week.
