i need some tips to help w/ toning my arms and legs. my stomach is already nice and toned so no trouble there. so if you think you have some tips, post them please!

i'm not really sure with your legs, other than walking or running, or doing some sort of calf stretch. but for your arms put a chair in a room and then stand with your back to the chairs back. put your arms on the top of the chair and push yourself up and down only using your arms. you can also lift weights, do pull-ups and push ups. those are the only things i can think of at the top of my head. talk to your gym teacher. or go to a gym or doctor and talk to them.

For your legs, I know two exercises... For your inner thighs: lie on the floor on your left side. Put your right foot on the floor so that your left leg is 'free' (hm... this might be somewhat confusing... your right leg will be like this /\ while your left leg is still on the ground...). Then lift your left leg. Repeat this (only the lifting part) as often as you like. Make sure your leg doesn't rest on the floor between the lifts. Do this on both sides. Then the other one... Lie on the floor on your left side. Lift your right leg, and repeat this as often as you like. Make sure your right leg doesn't rest on your left leg between the lifts. Of course you have to do this one on both sides too. I hope I helped! ~*Esther*~

For me, I do 50 situps a week. Doesnt sound like it would help right? Well, it does. Within a few weeks I could see muscle starting to form. Then to make the muscle really look good, increase to 100 situps a week.
If the 50 thing doesnt work for you, you could start with 100 a week or however many until you feel the burn. Hope I helped!

^Good idea. I started similarily - I did 25 a day for a week or two weeks or whatever, then i increased to 2 sets of 25 a day, and so on. I'll just do a set or 2 of 25 in the morning and at night, or a third time after school or something--whenever. It doesn't take long and it's easy to build up to doing more.

.n.a.t.a.l.i.e-- exactly. and for ur stomach muscles they tend to show an improvement pretty soon after you start working them out as long as you keep it up.

They have great tips on www.beautyq.com (just click on the site) about toning,yoga,aerobics etc.I found very helpful tips. For a quick toning for the legs,do some squats. This my fave: 1.Stand in front of a chair(back facing it like your about to sit on it) 2.bend your left leg 3.place your left foot on the chair 4.then bend your right leg going up and down. do 15-30 reps.... hope you understood it ;D

Just a reminder: No matter which toning exercises you do, you need to do some intense cardio at least 3 times a week, for at least 30 minutes a pop, as well as include some forms of exercise in your daily lives, in order to lose the fat layers that will hide the toning. Otherwise, no one will be able to see the definition of your beautifully toned muscles.
