I am such a geek. I got to my local Borders at about 10:30 pm, and waited for my copy until 2:00 am. LOL I just finished it yesterday and I cried so hard (didn't help that I was PMSing pretty heavily). Couldn't JKR have killed someone else? I kind of figured who the person was that was going to get killed about half way through the book, and by that time I was hoping that it would be someone else but him (or Lupin, since I love Lupin)... Now I can't wait for the sixth book... <sigh> Even though the death kind of ruined the book for me (it was too quick, the person killed deserved a much more heroic death, I think), overall it was a really good one and I can't wait for the sixth one to come out!!! Ack. Anyhow... Poor poor <blank>. So sad. Maybe, just maybe, JKR will bring him back in the seventh somhow. I can hope, can't I?

* thinking of radcliffe at age 15* haha yeah...actually I have a cousin that looks EXACTALLY like a mini-Radcliff. I mean they could be twins. It's really scary. lol *sigh* I 'spose I should prolly read the books, since I'm pretty much the only one I knw who doesn't. And all my friends rave about them. They're so long though! Bah. Owell...I'll have to finish my current book first.

When I finished, it was like a balloon that suddenly got punctured. All the tension and excitement that had kept me reading for hours at a time for three days, suddenly gone. The tension high just sort of collapsed. Anyone else feel like that afterwards? I must admit I don't mind toooo much about the one who died. It could have been worse. It could have been Lupin

I love these books more than life itself. (j/k)
I cried out of frustration because of the Umbridge woman. Ugh, she pissed me off soooooo much! But I guess that is a sign of how good a writer JKR actually is.
The fifth book is truly wonderful. I can't see how they would make it into a movie, though. I mean, they most likely will, just to continue the series, but it is soooo long that they will have to cut a lot of it out so that the movie isn't too long or expensive.

i finished the book last night. It dragged on a bit in the middle but the last bit was brilliant. It was really sad where **** dies and how Harry reacted after his death. Yeah I cried... I cry whenever I read a sad book or watch a sad movie. I'm an emotional penguin, I am.
