[glow=red,2,300]We don't have A's B's C's etc[/glow] We have: VHD-very highly developed HD-highly developed D-developed BS-below standard
We just got our 1st term reports and I got VHD 4 everything so I guess you can say I am a straight VHD student

I'm not American, so the way the Brits do things may be different, but... in 2003 I'll take some exams in 10 subjects. The grades you can get range from A* to F. I reckon I'll get about 5 A*s, 4 As and a B.
But with me, it depends how much I work. Yes, in school I am a Straight-A student. I work very hard. My school is a very academic school which tests me almost constantly. I have no clue what I'll get because I'm just being compared to girls who are just as clever as me. I don't know how I'll be if I were in a normal comprehensive/high school. *sighs*. But I normally get As, but I assure you, its from working hard. Sometimes I don't, and its mostly because I decided to let my hair down a bit and not work as hard.

No, I'm not a straight-A student. I usually get mostly A's and a couple B's. My last report card I had all A's and one B. For this last grading period I'm working towrads all A's.

I usually get A's and B's, but this year I've only gotten one B (which was a progress report that doesn't count). To tell you the truth, I don't know how I get all A's, I guess someone's looking out for me...

Hehe, I'm a bit of a brain but not really..
I mostly get A's but I get B's too.If I get a C, I die!....My average this yr was 84.3 in grade 7. I know I could get better. I'm just lazy!.....I better get my work habits fixed soon for high school though!

Up until this year I got above 80% in all my courses (with the exception of math inwhich I achieved 68% and was damn proud of it). This year my marks ranged quite a bit. I got 90s in Sports Med and Social Studies, 80s in phys ed, computers, french and english. 70s in bio and 60s in math.
It used to be a huge deal to me to make the honor role every semester, but I don't always get it. I know, and my parents know that I work my ass off it get the marks that I do and that's what's more important to me.

I'm happy! This year I got all A's, every marking period! Usually I have one teacher who insists on giving me one B+ or something... In Science, Reading, and Social Studies, I had an A+ average the whole year! The last marking period, I got an A+ in every subject but Algebra! I was very proud of myself, and I hope to continue this in high school.

I am this semester... woo! I have a 4.0 and i'm so proud of myself. I took a ton of hard classes and worked my butt off to maintain A's in all of my classes. I had a 3.8 last semester... a B in algebra II but i managed to bring it up. woo.

I *almost* had straight A's last semester. I got one B+, and that was in my literature class. I still made the dean's list, though.

I'm a straight A student (at least try to be). A lot of my friends at school have parents like mine that want A's. Our parents seem to believe that B's are not good enough, so we all work our butt's off not to get the dreaded B of death. If we get A-'s, they ask why not A's.

I had 3 quarters with a 4.0 and one with a 3.89(because that quarter I had to take a CCI class and my teacher is a big poop head and she hated me I hated her so she gave me a B for no apparent reason when I got all A's on all my papers and participated in class) Annywhoo so yes I am a straight A student...and for the most part have always been (besides for that B)

well I m in a french lycee the highest grade you can get in 10th grade is a 15/20 its really tough i've had at least 2 exams every week this yr its not easy to get As as you know them you would never get more than an 85% and next yr the highest grade you can ever have is a 13/20 so imagine that thats like a C for you guys and till 10th grade you have 10 obligatory subjects you cant choose heh but i love it!

I don't know about straight A's, but I do mostly get A's. My first term in college I got A's and one C+ (stupid poli. sci. class. The prof gave everyone that I talked to that grade. You could never make him happy), the second term I got A's and a B+ (again, I blame the math prof because halfway through the term she went all Nazi on us and gave us a midterm that nearly everyone got a C or below on. She honestly was not a good math teacher, and no, I'm not just sore because of my grade. ), and the last term I got two A's and an A-. So overall, I think I do pretty well, at least I made the Dean's List my last term in the School of Business Administration. Yay!
