^^haha, I love the Ginger-vitis thing.
These are just a few of the odd nicknames I've had for my cat, Prince, since we've had him:
Princess, kitty, kitty-butt, butthead, big-nose, feather-butt (I use the word butt a lot), Sir Meows a Lot (there was an odd one), monkey poop, baby doll, little monkey, squishy, big-butt, fat cat, fluffball, furball, poopyhead, witchy thing (he's a black cat with green eyes), and weirdo. That's all I can think of for now
I used to call my dog, Brandy, a few things, but not as many odd ones as my cat. Mostly, I called her Boondy (heh, I think that came from when I was little and couldn't say Brandy right).
And, I call my dad's stupid bird a godawful list of things. His name is Alfalfa, because he's a cockateil, so he has those ridiculous feathers on top of his head that stick up sometimes.
Alfie, Alfredo, Alfonzo, fat bird, stupid thing, feather ball, tomorrow night's dinner, butthead, dumb bird, biiiiiiird, thing, adopted child...
And my common expressions of affection for the bird are either, "shut the hell up, you stupid thing," "I'm eating your cousin for dinner," (when we're having chicken) and my personal favorite, "if you don't shut up, I'm going to let my kitty get you."
But secretly, I like that bird. I think he's kinda cute and amusing...sometimes. Unless I'm trying to read and he won't shut up, or I'm awake at night and not supposed to be up and he starts chirping up a storm. I'm also extremely amused by poking him when he's asleep, 'cause he gets really pissed and hisses at you ;D
Okay, so I have nothing better to do than make fun of a bird. Shut up, we all do weird things.
