^Maybe it was Proboards? I haven't been on other people's Proboards, so I don't know. But that seems most likely to me.

I'm pretty sure it would have been the admin because each Proboard I've been on has different titles. However, the number of posts needed to move to the next level may be the same, but I'm not really sure. But I know for sure that the titles are different for each board, and therefore it would be an admin decision.

Answer:
The admin can choose the amount of posts needed to move to the next level. This is how I chose to do it, because I think it's quite similar to Razz's.

I think it would kind of cool, like suggested before, if the levels pertained to the name Cloud 9..like:
100 posts: cirrus
250 posts: cumulus
500 posts: nimbus
1000 posts: angel
^^I like the idea of becoming *something* after being a bunch of clouds, but whatever floats yer boat!

i think the cloud titles are a cute idea...well, it makes more sense than fruit, anyway. It's not like this is Diamond Fruit Bowl.
