I am so psyched about being single! I love it all to bits. I guess I'm kind of a BIG flirt though because I always have to have an "entourage"! I never did like the idea of being stuck to one person, it's insane!

I was very happy when I was single. I'm not now, but being attached is no more an issue for me than when I was single. It has changed things, and has made me a little more confident, but being single is very cool - no worries about boys or your boyfriend freedom!

Right now being single is fine with me.  I am probably too busy anyway.  Plus last night at play cast party I flirted with so many guys (and I am not the overly flirty type).  It was so fun and I couldn't have done it if I was attached.  Sometimes though, it would be nice.

I've been alone for so long, and it's just that I see all of my friends happy with their boyfriends and everything... It can get depressing.  "Oh! Kevin told me he loved me today..." or "Joe got me the cutest teddy bear for Valentines' Day!"  <br>
It's not that I want a boyfriend to fit in, I just want that love that family and friends just cant fulfill.  I just want someone to hug me and kiss me and tell me I'm pretty.  Heh.  Yeah, I know I'm pathetic.  <br>
I really have no reason to complain.  Other than my love situation, my life is great.

I am single, as well, and always have been.  I have never in my life been in a relationship, yet I couldn't be more happy.  Simply put, I do not want a boyfriend.
I have no desire to waste my time and energy with someone who most likely is only after me for one of a few selfish purposes.  I have better and more important issues to deal with at this time in my life.  I do not need nor wish to take the risk of getting tangled in a relationship of this sort.  I have seen too much of this around me, and frankly, I have no desire to be used by some selfish kid looking for an easy way to raise his social status or - God forbid the thought - some other unmentionable reason which just may drive me to a laughing tantrum.
Maybe it is because I am a bit shy and a bit of a loner.  Maybe I am a bit too paranoid and even afraid to become involved in a relationship.  Maybe I just feel too young.  But I could never imagine myself with a boyfriend; the thought is much too strange.  I want to be myself and act how I wish.  I have seen so many change themselves just to attract guys.  Why would one do such a thing?  Be who you are; don't change yourself for anyone else's sake.
Oh, I have no doubt that one day I will eventually be willing to find someone.  It just may take that one person to make me realize it.  But right now, at this time, I am just not ready.  I have no want and no need for anyone else.

being single 2 me isn't the worse thing on this earth that can happen 2 me I luv being single (even at times it can be frustrating and lonley)I really don't think I'm ready 2 have a real relationship at the moment so I'm single and proud of it ;D

honestly i am one of those people that feel ALOT more comfortable when Im not in a realtionship. I just tend to feel suffocated and not truely happy when Im with someone that I only feel "so-so" about. So until I find someone that Im truely crazy about, im generally happy about being single.

(though i have to admit a valentines day w/o a valentine in high school got so hard to bare i ended up cutting and leaving early to escape it)

Guys, just a thought for you single girlies...ITS SUMMER!! We should fully be enjoying being out of school/work for tanning, vacationing, sports, parties..and flirting! Who says you need to be tied down to one guy when you're not ready for that. I mean I've had boyfriends before, but never really liked them....I don't know..I've had them to "fit in", but now, I just want to find someone who I can talk to and hug and cuddle and tickle and annoy, but still know that they like me for me. Sure, a boyfriend would be nice..but it's summer, which is NO TIME for worrying about boys when you could be enjoying your youth!!!

Actually..I just kinda turned single as of...maybe a few hours ago! I was with someone for a little...and then I was like...I need to find someome I can reallly relate with, because not that there was anything wrong with the guy, but we just didn't click like I wanted..so I called him..and told him just that..I feel so relieved right now, and happyy!! I've got a long whiles to find the right person...and its still SUMMER!!

i'm 17 & i've never had a boyfriend, never even dated. i'm not ugly, & alot of guys have gotten crushes on me, its just that i wasn't allowed to date until i got to high school, & now that i'm a senior, i'm more focused on school & my future career, so i don't have time for guys.....but that doesn't mean i can't drool over certain male celebs!!
