I have no idea who I am! If I had to describe my personality, I could not tell you one thing about myself. Sometimes I'm one thing, and the next I'm something else. For instance, sometimes I'll be against makeup and dresses and little tops, and the next minute I'll want all of those things! Sometimes I don't care about what others think of me, but at other times I do! I'm scared of sounding like a hypocrit, because I don't know how to stand! That's why I say I don't know who I am!
Do any of you know a way to figure out who you are, and have you ever felt the same way?

It's normal. You shouldn't be constantly searching for who you are. It will come in time. Our teen years are all about experimenting (legally, of course ), trying new things and getting a variety of experiences. You're still young, you haven't even started life yet. Maybe someday when you sit back and settle down you'll realize who you are. Until then, have fun in life, meet new people, be all that you can be, and your true self will come through.

Sounds like a normal stage in development. In fact, according to both Sigmund Freud and Erik Erikson, two of the greatest psychological thinkers of modern times, this stage is needed in order to become a healthy adult. You're establishing your identity, and that takes a long time. Heck, I'm 18 and still haven't totally established my identity yet. So don't worry - you're perfectly normal. ;D

Sometimes it happens to me too. So don't worry, I think it is a stage of our lives. We are all gonna go through it. Don't you worry. You'll be doing fine.

it's important to realize that damn near everyone has not the slightest idea of who they are. that's what we all tend to spend our lives trying to figure out... few succeed. don't worry about it, just live life and do what makes you happy.
i'm going to shut up now
