Here I'll be posting my problems in hope that people will come give me advice! I'll update with any problems and advice that I need....
I weigh 104-105 pounds right now, depending on when I weigh, and I want to weigh under a hundred so that I can get rid of some thigh and stomach pudge. Can anyone make me a one week diet plan that I can use day to day to get to my goal that includes excersising? For food can you make it things that most people are likely to have in their house.... and excersising, I'm good with anything, I'm a distance runner so just specify the distance.... I'm a control freak so I'm sure to go by the diet. Thanks for your help in advance.... Even if people have posted already, post your ideas as well

I think you should concentrate on WHY you want to lose weight. I don't know how tall you are, but generally speaking, weighing under 100 pounds as a teenager is unhealthy. Your body needs a certain amount of fat to keep you warm, to regulate your periods etc. etc. 104-105 pounds sounds perfectly fine, and may even be a little underweight. I wouldn't try to lose weight if I were you. That sounds very unhealthy.

Instead of losing weight, try lifting weights and doing other muscle building exercises. It will make your stomach and thighs firm, and define your muscles, giving you a healthier, more shapely appearance. You might gain weight that way (muscle weighs more than fat), but it will probably bring you to an even healthier weight. Losing weight by doing strenuous cardio workouts will just give you a scrawny, unhealthy, malnourished look.

nic your only like 2 inches shorter than me and i weigh 115-120 and im a little underweight *says my sister, whos a nurse*. if you want to tone your tummy do things like crunches.as as for your thighs, you can just geta thigh master! lol jk anyhoo and as far as your diet, just try to eat healthier and not eat too much junk, sugar, greasy stuff, etc.

The reason why I want to lose weight is so I can look good in my new bikini, and look good when I get my bellybutton pierced.
Sorry that I left out my height, I'm 5.1'
About regulating my periods, I haven't had my period and people in my family generally don't get them till they're around 16... so ya, I don't have to worry about that.
I already lift weights and stuff.... I'm a long distance runner and I already lift weights, run, bike, swim, all that type of stuff... My muscles are fine, as I say, I have a washboard stomach under a pile of laundry. My muscles are all firm, under my pudge.
And Christy, I already eat healthily, no junk food for me.... I just don't see why I can't lose my fat! I eat properly, excercise properly, only drink water, but I still get comments about my stomach fat!!!! I'm fairly satisfied with my thighs for now though...

I think a little pudge is cute. And yes, you are underweight - no two ways about it. I'm 2 inches taller than you and I weigh 130, and I'm considered a healthy weight. You sound fine to me.

OK, thanks everyone for your suggestions/advice. Onto problem numero deux!
I scare super easily, even tiny little mesquito bites scar on me so therefor, from cutting, biking, horse-riding, bug bites --- anything! I am speckled with scars from this size "--' to this size "--------------------------" How do I get rid of them or minimize the appearence of them?? Some of them are huge, and some are just tiny, but they are just disgusting! Will vitamin e cream really work and how long would it take for it to work?? And what other creams, oils, pills, vitamin supplements would work??

^^ i know there are certain lotions and creams you can put ont hem, but there's nothing, as far as i know, that can make them disappear completely. over time the scars will fade and some might ever disappear. my boyfriend had a scar on his arm (from cutting) that has more or less completely disappeared. and i have one on my leg that i got when i was younger that is far less noticable than it used to be. so just give 'em time.

Well,I feel like I need to lose weight. I am a little ashaed of how much I weigh (even though two people said I'm not fat when I told them how much I do weigh) But I feel like I need to start excersizing more and I can't say to stop eating less, because if I did that I wouldn't be eating at all! So what's the best I should do??
