^^ Oh it's fun! We finally got the tapes, but I haven't had time to do it. We used to do uit at 9 am when I wasn't in school, but now i get up at 6 for school and my sister works and my mom doesn't do it. Not to mention the fact that I'm constantly at cheer, the barn, or doing jobs around the house for cheer $$. So I haven't had time

My gym teacher makes us do tae-bo moves to warm up before we do whatever we have to do that day. It actually ends with alot of giggles because we can't keep up.

Lol last year we did tae-bo in P.E. Oofta..it was fun at first but then my teacher Mrs. Schlatter really got into it and umm lets just say it wasnt to pleasent being in the front row having to see her bounce around...if ya know what I mean *shudder* (dang alphabetical order!)
I would have to say thought that it was the best work out I'd ever had in a P.E. class...so ya..I tried it at home once..and I dunno it wasnt the same...I cant do it by myself.
Anywhoo all the power to ya if you love it! Peace out -nik

Although Tae Bo is a good workout, it has a large downfall that many fitness proffesionals will often tell you. It is very hard on your joints. My mom is a health/fitness instructor and she has had too many clients who have gotton knee/hip/shoulder problems. If done properly, and you are warmed up enough and the moves are executed precisly they are excellent, but many will advise against the tapes because kicking and punching is very hard on your joints, and especially for a first timer you are likely to get tired and then over extend ligiments. So just be careful, and maybe try going to a class first before just doing it yourself, and dont push too hard, cus remeber if you have an injury you will not be able to work out for a while. Good luck
